The rapid development of near space hypersonic vehicles has produced a huge challenge to traditional aerospace defense systems.Recent development of near space hypersonic vehicles is briefly introduced.The flight characteristics of near space hypersonic vehicles are analyzed from three aspects,such as trajectory,dynamics and electromagnetism.The shortcomings of the current aerospace defense system for intercepting near space hypersonic vehicles are sorted out.The defense strategies against near space hypersonic vehicles are discussed.Research conclusions can be used as references for the construction of defense systems against near space hypersonic vehicles.
